What is the basic shipping policy of Charukriti?

Our primary objective is to deliver the products to our customers in the best condition and without any delay. All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping whereas the international orders are subject to shipping charges.

1. If the order is canceled, returned after delivery or lost in transit, the entire order value would be refunded to the customer from our end.
2. If any order is reverse shipped to us from customer’s end, the shipping charge will be refunded to the customer through bank transfer.
3. Orders that would violate our fair usage policy, would be refrained from enjoying the facility of COD for further orders.

The fair usage policy of Charukriti

It has always been our honest endeavor to cater to our customers in a flawless manner. However, it has been observed from our end that there are accounts that take undue advantage of our liberal return policies. These customer accounts return most the purchases done and sometimes refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery which in turn deprives many of our customers of getting the products on time. The COD facility will be barred for accounts with a high percentage of return and delivery refusal in order to protect the rights of regular customers. Moreover, the free shipment facility will be removed for customer accounts abusing our return policy.

Tracking your order on Charukriti

For every order dispatched from Charukriti, an email is sent across the mail ID of the customer confirming the relevant order dispatch. This mail always contains a tracking link from which the movement of the parcel can be tracked by the customer at any point of time.

Checking serviceability of PIN Code

To make your shopping experience overwhelming, Charukriti has options for customers to check if the PIN Code is serviceable or not. COD availability for any particular PIN Code can also be checked through our website. The right side of each product has the option for checking serviceability and COD availability of any PIN Code. If the PIN Code is not serviceable, prepay is the simple solution to the problem and the delivery would be done from our end.
